Due to the nature of our jewellery:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

- delivery methods and timeframes
- international shipping and customs responsibilities
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk in the product passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where faulty:
- Bespoke items
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Personalised items (including engraving)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Special order or privately sourced gemstones

Where returns are accepted:
- items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- return instructions must be obtained before sending the item back
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We take great care in crafting and quality-checking all jewellery.
If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us promptly upon receipt.
We are responsible for:
- manufacturing defects
We are not responsible for:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage

Where appropriate, we may offer repair services, which may be subject to a charge.
10. Promotions, Gift Cards and Discount Codes
Promotions, gift cards and discount codes are subject to separate terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- only one promotion may be used per order
- promotions cannot be combined
- codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
- we reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time
