In addition to our standard T&C, here are the Terms and Conditions that applied especially to Kimjoux Gifting Experience Service

Intellectual property and acceptable use

1. All Content created for you, including our proposal gift list and any bespoke design created during the entire process, is the property of Kimjoux Ltd

2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following ​retrieve, display and view the Content on a computer screen or printed paper.

3.  ​You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission  of Kimjoux Ltd.

 

Confidential Information:

Any personal information shared with us during the entire process will remain confidential between us, Kimjoux Ltd, and you. It will only be used to help us provide the best personal service to you.

 

Bespoke Design and related charges:

• You can choose as many options as we agree during the process

• For the Elevated package, A maximum of 2 bespoke designs will be made in silver and white CZ gemstones. Any additional design(s) that the client requests to be made in silver sample will incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the design.

• Silver samples must be return within 14 days of receipt. 

• The gift receiver can make up to two changes to the design, including mount details, gemstones, setting. Any additional changes may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the design.

 

Return Policy:

• The cost of any Gifting Experience Packages are non-refundable. This is because all the experiences are designed and created especially for you, upon your confirmation. This includes the bespoke cards, silver samples, and any other additional services provided upon your confirmation and payment.
